If you are contributing for the first time and would like to include detailed contact information with your donation, simply fill out our Donor Information Form and enclose it with your check. If you choose not to complete the form, please ensure that your address appears on the check you send.
Matching Gifts
Many corporations, law firms, and other businesses match or multiply their employees’ gifts up to a set amount, and these are credited to you, the donor.
If your employer has such a program and you would like to participate, simply mail your check and your employer’s signed matching gift form to the address below.
